I have own Tesla model X 2016. After 6 years, the car has many problem from minor to major. I spend almost 10k from last year until now to fix all in this center. Last problem with air suspension compressor. They cost me 9k to fix it and I declined. They deleted the quote from my history account. it is not normal. I’m done my car with another big auto shop. They done with it only 1.6k with 1 year warranty. A lot of things during 1 year service with this center make me feel untrustworthy.

The service team seems to be super busy - probably fixing defective teslas - too busy to respond to emails! I emailed them regarding a safety concern along with other malfunctioning car issues for my July 2021 Tesla. No response.Non existent customer service. I guess I’ll be driving with my busted up driver seat that has pieces falling apart and seatbelt that’s hanging by a thread for another 3 weeks.Thanks so much Tesla Vaughan !!!

This is probably one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Abe was so patient and helpful in arranging diagnostics and resolving the issue I had with my car. He even helped me carry a heavy car seat as I wouldn’t have been able to take it to the parking lot. Another bonus of going with Tesla - incredible and easy customer service.

Had an appointment, they were very prompt in seeing me and sending me out on a road test with a tech to confirm my issue firsthand, which takes a time from them upfront, but makes everything so much easier for customers. Service advisor was great, understood my problem and did all the best things she could to help. As painless a process as possible!

I’ve been coming to this Tesla Service locations for years now and it’s by far the best service centre. All repairs are prompt and on time.They have a lot of inventory on service loaners to accommodate your busy schedule. In fact when I traded in my 2021 Tesla Model 3 SR+, they took it in as a service loaner vehicle as it was in pristine condition also being driven 120,000kms. You can hop in another Tesla and skip the wait until you’re car is fixed.Steve and Joe have been amazing service advisors and have made my experience even better. They have a nice sitting area with coffee and snacks.Kudos to the team. Keep up the good work!!!

Tesla service has been on a steady downward slide since I purchased in 2017 but the Vaughan location brings poor customer service to a new level. Not only will they not tend to any of your service needs, you can’t even get the service managers name, even if you ask. This service Center is taking on the traits of their CEO. Terrible communication and a general “we just don’t care” attitude. Service manager should be fired immediately.

Just did a brake cleaning service today, everything is good except a rear right rims is scratched like a curb rash, not very deep and I end up touched it up by myself. I hope all Tesla's staffs can treat client's car carefully like we love their product, if I don't care my car I wont follow your maintenance schedule though. And that's why I hate gas car to let those people touching my car returned an uncountable bad experiences, but now Tesla also given this nightmare to me which is no different at all..

Thanks so much Tesla Vaughan !!!The service was amazingly bad...trying to schedule a simple appointment. they agreed on the phone but when I arrived, they changed the mind. Be careful that different staff there has different opinion/understanding of their own process. Some people there are helpful and some are definitely no-human-logic....

Went in for service today and what a dream it was!! Great customer service, Jose was just a sweetheart and someone else looked after us too just didn’t catch his name, they were both a great team with me and my daughter. Explained everything in detail even came out to show me the problem and fixed as quickly as they could. Definitely recommend.
