Nurse Elizabeth has refreshingly spectacular bedside manner and makes me feel safe and confident in her medical experience and abilities. I always leave the clinic both with having learned something and with having felt heard and cared for. I recently visited Dr. Shewfelt and told him directly that I had the early signs of strep throat, am prone to it, and want to get ahead of the excruciating pain that comes with it. He told me to drink some water and that my stomach acid likely bothered my throat during sleep. Sure enough, I have strep- two days later and can’t make any of my events. I’m not sure who is planning to abuse antibiotics but it sure isn’t me and the delay has caused extreme discomfort.

Every experience that I have had has been outstanding!
