Had a great experience with curb side pickup. Charlene was amazing, I told her what I was trying to do with my nails and she gave me various options and described them over the phone. She definitely made the transaction a lot easier especially ordering over the phone and not being able to see the product. My nails turned out great!

I had the worst experience at this place, I went to purchase an eye pencil sharpener. The lady at the counter was very rude and condescending, loosing her patience when I didn’t know where she was pointing at. A little customer service goes a long way not to mention a little kindness does make the world a better place. I guess next time is worth paying Sephora double for it if I can get some curtesy.

First time in this store and I felt like I was invisible. White old worker in the front desk never helped or greeted me, didn’t say hi, or anything of that sort. I asked her a question and she was rude to me and didn’t look like she wanted to talk to me. Another lady (who was white also) who was there immediately got greeted and was nice to her the whole time. Honestly, never have I ever felt like someone was racist at a Sally’s in my whole life. Unbelievable.

This is the first time I come to this shop and it's hard to say that I am delighted with the service I received from the worker/ manager Shii. All praise for her!

Every time I've shopped at this location, the ladies have been very friendly and helpful. This specific time, I was looking for travel size shampoo and conditioner for colour treated hair. Even though they didn't have travel sizes, they gave me enough shampoo and conditioner samples to last my entire trip. I'm grateful to the ladies who helped me out!!

I was also there the day of the incident. I felt bad for the customer who had cops called on them.Made customer wait on purpose. Customer started to get upset after 40 minutes of waiting as anyone would be. Customer service told the customer to go there! I purchased items to be free and staff have no idea what their sales are even though signs all around.I see they are fighting hard to get positive reviews now cause of how they treat people. Staff members are rude. Miss Michelle and other staff members before. I have stopped coming to this location. Girls are ignorant and are all stuck up!

The ladies working there were very helpful, however they ended up giving me the wrong model trimmer than the one I picked from the cards on display. I didn't realize until I had already used it and the blade guard sizes didn't match what I'd picked. Called and they said final sale, no returns. The most annoying thing is that they are significantly more expensive than other online retailers, but I needed a trimmer ASAP.

I used to despise coming to this location under the previous management. There is still an older lady here (possibly an assistant manager) who is absolutely terrible and yells at everyone during the curbside pickup. I've shopped 2 times where she has been miserable, yelled at me and others. However yesterday's experiance was different. The newer manager (i missed her name but she has navy blue hair) was so so SO helpful. She was patient and helped me navigate through my bleaching mix up and recommended products to help restore my hair for a reasonable cost. She spent 30 minutes showing me things through the window while making me comfortable and laugh the whole time. Kudos to Sally for this manager, just maybe loose the other one. I cant recommend enough coming to this store and seeing the blue haired manager. She is AMAZING. thank you!

i wish i could give less than 1 star for this location. That being said, the other ladies in the store are amazing and so friendly but the manager is most definitely not. Every time i have went in to that store while she was working was a horrible experience. The manager is rude and impatient and for some reason likes to yell at customers. I understand people have their off days and sometimes aren't always friendly, but she is like this every single time I have went into that location.Will now be making the extra trip to go to a different Sallys that isn't being run by a rude, unprofessional, unfriendly manager.

My daughter went in there asked if there was something to remove color from her hair. They lady said yes and she gave my daughter bleach. My daughter dose not use permanent hair dye she uses manic panic. They gave her bleach when I called the manager they did not offer her money back. When i was talking to the manager she did not say sorry or anything I told her she needed to make sSure her employee know about their products very poor service. Watch out for the lady with the glasses they believe they did nothing wrong.they should have gave her money back. They were the ones who screwed up
