We were 3 hours from home, and just started a 2 week camping holiday we had a problem with our camper and needed help, from the nice lady at the service counter to the wonderful kind and knowledgeable tech staff (Ren and I forgot to get the other gentleman’s name) our experience is one we will never forget. We did not meet the sales staff but I am certain they are the same as the rest of their team. We are so impressed with this place we would drive the 3 hours for service on our camper and when the time comes that we are wanting a new unit this is the place we will be purchasing from.

They have always been very helpful when I go in the store front. Never had any issues before

We stored our trailer there for the winter. We asked for 3 small things to get done before we picked it up for the season. None of them were done and they still charged us for labour. When we complained they offered a small deduction of price. They did NOTHING so full labour refund should have happened . We planned on buying a new trailer from them this year but that won’t be happening. Service is awful! Buyer beware!

We stopped here midway through our cross-country trailer tour after our RV suffered some wind damage on the highway. They immediately got us in and Warren did an amazing and thorough job getting us road-ready again within an hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and timely. We were very grateful for the quick service so we could keep going. Thank you!

The friendly experienced staff is ready with professional advice. I was able to store my camper trailer here for the summer which saved me from hauling it back and forth 500km every time we went camping at Kenosee Lake.

We purchased our rv from these guys in 2015. The sales experience was great but thats where it ended. The salesman preached the extended warranty and that it covered absolutely everything, from a wall falling out to anything that could go wrong. Well he lied. We have now come across warping tables, and a roof leak that they wont address. Its a pretty much to bad so sad situation. They promised us everything and when it came down to it they let us down. I will not recommend anyone buy from them. Anyone can sell an rv but service when you need it is what matters. The service guy’s attitude and irritable tone was enough to make us never return to this place. Not even an offer of bring it in we’ll see what we can do. Just said no warranty, file an insurance claim. Minards will be our next place that we purchase from. Dont buy from carlyle rv and leisure unless you want empty promises and terrible after sale service.

Great place before the sale. Worst night mare after. Save yourself the hassle and go support someone else that actually cares about the customer after the sale. These guys dropped the ball so many times.0/10 will never be back.They need a serious lesson in customer service especially the manager Kelly. Very Rude hung up on me trying to discuss warranty issues. Apparently they never make mistakes, and the customer is always wrong. Regretting my decision in trusting them with my purchase of a trailer. Hopefully this review will help someone from making the same mistake I did in trusting this place. They sell broken trailers then try charging you for repairing after you take it home and find all the issues.Bad bad bad bad. Do not spend a penny here. You'll regret it.
