I highly recommend the center specially Srikanth Lahoti who is a very capable,patient,knowlegable physiotherapist there.He explains everything thoroughly and make sure you are doing the exercises right.

They seem to have the latest gadgets but not the know how to use it!

I have been going through several health challenges since June 2019 as I broke my left shoulder bone. It took 10 months to recover and regain strength in my shoulders. I gained a lot of weight as I was not physically active during this recovery.
