Manitoulin Transport

Shipped a toolbox (cant put an insurance on those for some reason). Secured it on 2 pallets about 6 inches inward all around. They managed to bend 6 drawers, break the locking mecanism and rails. I can’t see how a ‘professionnal’ shipping company could damage it. Box was worth 13k new ,now it’s worth 4k, thanks manitoulin ! Talked to customer service, nothing can be done about it. Think twice before shipping something expensive with them. Same thing happened to a collegue’s toolbox ( his wasn’t on a pallet tho)

Terrible experience. I have never posted a review on line before but after what I went through I don't see how I can keep quiet. I am a small business and if we ever treated a customer like this we would be out of business over night. I'm assuming because I am just one person they figure they can afford" to treat me like garbage. I know this review will gain nothing but I hope someone high up in the company by some chance see's this and looks a little deeper into what your company really stands for. I have been waiting for my shipment for almost a week now and nobody will help me. I have left countless messages and gone through hurdle after hurdle of on hold to switching people to being told sorry we can't help you. But still you have my shipment somewhere in a warehouse and won't give it back to me!!! I have invested so much time and already lost a very good customer because of this incident. I feel helpless and have no idea what to do now. I have tried everything!!!"

I was highly impressed by the professionalism offered to me. I was shipping from Ottawa to Northwest Territories and needed pallets to ship them on. The Ottawa terminal manager Tyler Begin brought me 2 empty pallets on his own time after work! Above and beyond the call of his regular duties. I deal with Manitoulin up north on a weekly basis their drivers and dispatch are always top notch. I would highly recommend Manitoulin transport for any shipping needs anywhere in Canada. Amazing service.

Manitoulin was used for my AtWork dropoff/pickup point. They had the order in Ottawa and called me less than 24 hours after receiving the shipment from AtWork. Kayla was helpful and friendly as well as the warehouse attendant who helped once I arrived. Great service all around.

Excellent service, recently my household stuff moved from Swift current Saskatchewan to Ottawa Ontario without any damage and super fast speed with help of manitoulin transport.

This was my second experience with Manitoulin Transport. In this time I can show - 1st they lost a load - 2nd they've showed a price increase of approximately 70% over the course of a few months - 3rd they are completely unresponsive to resolve their own errors - 4th after having paid in full for delivery, I'm being told I can't be given my product until I pay more money to resolve their mistakes.I was also forced to give them one star, which they clearly don't deserve.

Excellent service to Ottawa from Winnipeg.We have over 100 deliveries all across Canada with them and it is always a real pleasure to deal with them. Very professional from quoting to delivery on time.
