Friendly staff and people working there. Equipment is good and well maintained. I don't understand why there is no place to fill up a water bottle, or a water fountain at all. I had an issue where I lost one of my cards, but had one from before which could I was hoping to be reprogrammed as the new active card. However, the employee was saying they can't do it, and I would have to buy a new card instead to be reprogrammed. I thought it was a little ridiculous considering that there isn't really any difference between the two.

I love the gym here. The price is right first of all! The staff keep it spotless. A water fountain/bottle filling station would be nice, I feel like it's a must have" at a gym but i've adapted to bringing my own water."

Great spot. Good assortment of machines. There is no water fountain, which sucks. The only reason for a 4 star.

Some employees are very disrespectful and rather keep talking with her friends than offer the services there even ask you train lighter so I that way they can keep talking without any noyse

Finally got a refund. Don’t trust the manager here. Not only is she rude, she will also lie to you about refunds and everything else. She told me that she put my refund through and that it will take about 6 weeks. I got a hold of Fit4Less after 6 weeks and they told me it only takes 2-10 business days that there was no ticket for a refund put through. The only way to get a hold of anyone is on social media accounts.Plus there are no showers or water bottle stations. They make you buy water at the front. You can’t use the sinks either. To be honest it’s more worth it to invest in your own equipment and weights or to follow one of the million free exercise channels or programs online. At least if you’re at home you won’t have to pay to drink water and you can shower afterwards.

Love this gym. It gets busy. But what do you expect with such a cheap fee. Worth it!! Staff are amazing always helpful and friendly. Other members are always considerate. I never feel like I'm being watched or judged. 10 stars of I could.

The door system doesn't let you scan in twice per 30 minutes, so if you forget something in your car or if the door malfunctions, you're stuck waiting 30 minutes. Brought this issue up to head office and they basically said they don't care. They care more about preventing people sneaking in than paying members being locked out of the gym. When equipment breaks, be prepared to wait over a month for a fix. No water fountain, how is that even legal?

The gym is fine however it is no longer 24 hours making it impossible to actually get a workout in. Now you have to book an appointment (understandable) however good luck with a feasible time slot if you work full time. They really need to hire night time staff so they can get more slots available and get back to 24/hr.
