A big shout out to this Freedom Mobile hub in Shoppers World Danforth, M4C 1M9. Really deserves 5 stars! Demitra, who helped me, is the most amazing associate I've ever known. I had an amazing experience with her. She told me everything I needed to know about the plan and the product I wanted. Her customer service skills were outstanding, and the options she gave me had me wanting my iPhone 14 Pro Max now. She really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect phone plan. She even suggested so many options and told me about the pros and cons as if she were in my shoes. In December 2022, she was the same person who assisted me on my very first data plan with Freedom Mobile. I am also very impressed with the quality of the associates they have here, especially Demitra. To add to that, the level of her customer service is excellent. Even though I have a bunch of questions, she is very accommodating, calm, and knowledgeable. Freedom Mobile and Demitra's boss must be very lucky to have her at this store location. So, if you are looking for a new phone plan, you can always visit this store. They will give you the best plan that suits your wants and needs!

Their customer services and new phone deals are really great. I find their services very helpful especially Mr Saurav Datta and Mr Shoumik Das provide excellent customer service everytime I go there. I will strongly recommend it.

It was a great experience to get services from this store specially from the associate @Saurav. His service with excellent behavior always made me feel very easy to go there again and again. I ported my number from chatr to freedom here. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Showmik guided us well explaining everything clearly before choosing the plan and supported us anytime if faced with any issues or clarifications.

I always go there to upgrade my phone. The associates here has profound product knowledge. They attend every customer with great respect and care , they also tend to answer to any questions with patience and time. I would recommend to visit here without rush because they are usually busy with customers. I have never had this level of satisfaction while visiting other Freedom stores.

When I arrived to Canada, I was confused about which mobile service provider should I use. When I visit Freedom Mobile's Danforth branch, all my confusion got cleared. Because they provide me an excellent plan which is cost effective and sufficient as well. This branch is a great location for all your mobile needs. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and one person that stood out was Mr. Showmik. His customer service skills were exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist me with my phone issue and provided excellent guidance on which plan would best suit my needs.

Showmik is one of the best representative I have ever seen. He is really kind and well mannered. The way he guided me through the best plan suited as per my use was amazing. This is my go to store for any mobile accessories and phone plans and I prefer others to visit the place as well.
