My daughter has always dreamed of having straight teeth for her perfect smile and she’s finally getting there! We absolutely LOVE Dr Dhol at MyORTHODONTIST. The amount her smile has changed since we started with him back in February is insane! She was so self conscious of her teeth before we got her braces on and now smiles ALL THE TIME! They weren’t pushy to make a sale at all and were so friendly and informative at our free consultation. And they have payment plans that can work for anybody. I wish I could give them more stars. The confidence my teenager has found these past months is worth the world. Thank you so much.

Our initial consult and a couple of follow up appointments were great! The follow up appointments have been a disaster. We waited 20min for an appointment then 40min for another. Came 20 min early another time as they explained it was because its in order of check in since it seemed like everyone was being called as soon as they were seated. At least 10 people who came after me were called right away once seated. How do they order the patients and the front staff were more than rude. Really unempathetic and could care less. We asked what was happening and it was just well some patients it takes a longer time.Yes understood but everytime? Would it hurt to look into where you are in line check in the back at whats happening?

Dr. Cheba helped my son FINALLY stop sucking his thumb! What a victory! Dr. Cheba is very passionate and encouraging - he believed my son would be able to quit his thumbsucking habit, and my son did, with Dr. Cheba's encouragement. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to connect with them. He and his staff are kind and friendly. A welcoming atmosphere and a caring Dr - a winning combination!

I have gone to this office for my children for 10 years…it was always great and I recommended it to everyone. Since it was taken over I have been less than impressed. Every appt I have had to wait 20 min before being seen. When I decided to get my daughters braces it was 2 weeks to get started, where for my other 3 kids they always had it booked to do it right after. When we got her appt to but braces on, they booked an hour, hoping to get the top and bottom done…she was done 20 min before the hour appt should have been done and they had not put on 4 brackets. I wonder if this was because it was lunch and they wanted to leave early. We had to book another appt and it couldn’t be booked for 3 weeks out. I had to phone and change my appt as we had something come up…the receptionist was far from kind or helpful…it is now 3 more weeks until we can get in as they say we require another hour appt even though it’s only 4 brackets. I LOVED this office. I am now so annoyed Im considering getting my daughters braces removed and going elsewhere. My advise is go somewhere else. It’s not like it was before

*update* June 29, 2023 (they have hired on more staff and the waiting times great )Every single time and I mean every time its a 20-30 minute or more wait in the waiting room and another 10 minute wait for the Doctor once your in …. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Learn how to properly be more efficient. To all the future patients/customers do yourself a favour and go to your appointments 15 minutes later.

I am so very impressed by the entire team at MyOrthodontics!I am yet not done with my braces journey but the way the team takes care of you, accommodates you, cares for you and your situation, IS BEYOND AMAZING! I feel so grateful to be taken care by them.The reason I’m writing this before being done is because I am amazed at how wonderful they have been.I could go on and on about the everyone who has been working on my teeth.I highly highly recommend you this place!

Not happy with the customer service here. The way they treat you is just like another number on the page.The customer service lady with a glasses grey hair and a pony tail is the most accurate definition of a Karen feeling powerful out there.

We've been going here for my son for 7 years (he's had a multistage treatment plan- don't worry yours won't be that long lol). It's clean, staff are friendly and helpful, almost always on time and very easy to deal with.

Our experience here has been extremely disappointing. It feels as though they are more concerned about making money than helping the current paying patients. If my daughter breaks a bracket on her braces we have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks to fit into a 10 minute appointment. I’ve addressed concerns about the spacer in her mouth growing into her gums with little to no regard. I recently had to reschedule an adjustment appointment and they couldn’t accommodate until over a month later which ultimately delays her treatment. Anytime an appointment is scheduled you’ll receive 3 confirmation emails then prior to the appointment you’ll receive an additional 3 reminder emails. When I addressed this problem with the front desk staff their solution was to delete the emails. That was not the issue at hand. There seems to be a running theme in the medical field. We’re all just a number in the system and this company continues the story. I do not recommend MyOrthodontist.
