After 7 years of our Arctic Spa hot tub ownership, the staff at Spa Tacular saved us from a MAJOR headache when our tub sprung a leak in sub-zero temps. They answered an after hours email with my urgent request for help, told me exactly what I needed to do to mitigate the problem until they could send help. Turned out to be a simple fix, thank you Spa Tacular, 5 Stars isn't enough!

The guys that work at Spatac are super good repair men. Always very helpful and fix the problem right away. However if you purchase a refurbished" tub be aware that some of the parts will be used. Like a pump that will fail after 8 months and you'll be hit up with a hefty bill for a "new" one."

We needed a decent amount of repairs on our tub so Spatacular Medicine Hat came and picked up the tub, lid, and lid lifter (that was not attached) to take in to the shop.Last week they dropped off the tub and right away we noticed the lid lifter was not there. My husband called and was told the owner would call back the next day. She did, but was very unpleasant to deal with. She accused him of lying and that her guys say they did not take it when they picked up the tub. She actually said I have three guys word against yours". She was very agrumentative and accusatory. When my husband informed her that I had literally watched them put it on the trailer when they picked it up

They are great when you are in shopping and then purchasing, but after that it goes down hill, they don't know how to slow down and explain things. I have phoned Saskatoon to be able to get help with draining the hot tub, cleaning the tub and when I need help with my level.

No matter what their staff will take care of you. Always had amazing service with Spatacular. Their knowledge and expertise in all things hot tub and pool is highly valued. we love supporting this local small business whenever we need something for our pool or hot tub!

Had them move a hot tub for me At $200 an hour ,Went maybe 15 minutes over the hour charge me another $150. I think this was extremely high. I will not ever buy anything or use their services again. So be warned.

You can thank the woman upfront for me never spending another dime in your store. Attitude as soon as you walk in, customer service probably isn't her calling. Have spent over $700 on service calls in the past month that Ultimate Spas will get next time. All the guys that did the service calls were great though.

TERRIBLE costumer service. They were supposed to contact me today to fix our tub (even though it’s not even two years old) to get an address. It was more than half way through the day so I called to find out if they were still coming. I would have appreciated someone a little more friendly on the other end of the line to answer my very simple question. And this is not our first encounter with this business. With we would have done some more looking around before buying.
