I had concerns about my winter tires being the right size and about my windsheild wipers stopping. They answered all my questions and were respectful. I found them knowledgable, courteous and genuine in their answers.Being a woman of a certain age that is not always the case.I have found my garage of choice.Thank you Kaltire!

I was treated with respect, they answered every question i had over the phone & in person. I had a flat tire that had to get towed in by Dr.hook during a snow storm. I was very lucky that the puncture in my tire was able to get patched up and not a new tire. The price was very reasonable it was under $60. I just feel like I had a very good experience with these guys so I will recommend them

Installed 1 of 3 tires inside out, didn’t have time to bleed my brakes even though I didn’t ask for it, was told by gm dealer I have 1 bad ball joint Kal Tire 18 days later claim all 4 are badly worn even though truck drives straight and doesn’t pull while breaking, keep your money in your pocket and go elsewhere, this place just tries to sell parts you don’t need. I will NEVER go to another Kal Tire store as this is second location in Winnipeg that will not listen to your concerns and do what they think is required and try to talk you into a huge bill. STAY AWAY !

Ironically, as a tire shop, these people are pretty bad at doing their job! went there to install new tires, soon found out one of the tire's value leaks, they fixed, later I found out the same tire still leaks, they said it was the seal with rim, they fixed, later I found out this tire STILL leaks!! this time they said it's the value again, and they CHARGED me for their repeated bad installations!If you want your tires install properly, go somewhere else, they have no idea what they are doing.

Staff was super kind and welcoming. When I brought my car in for its appointment, I had a call from them saying that they needed a part that was at a different location. That location was locked and the manager of it was unreachable. I said alright, and booked another appointment. I come from a one car household so that meant I needed to organize rides once again. When I brought my car in for the second time, all went well, but when I called the manager about the price, he told me that the first time I brought my car in the mechanics straight up lied to me and they just didn't have the key to the Red Seal's box. I asked for some sort of compensation for being lied to, having to bring in my car twice for an issue on their end, etc. and I was offered 10%. I am not going to lie, I was expecting a larger accommodation because 10% barely even costs the gas money it took for the rides I had to arrange, plus I don't think that's an appropriate amount for lying to a client.

Ordered winter tires on steelies and a battery trickle charger from Kal Tire. They ordered the wrong trickle charger so it wasn’t done, 7 days post install the tires have a slow leak. Have to wait to get the tires looked at because now that I’ve paid I’m not a priority.“Bring it back if you have any issues” they told me while handing me the receipt.“We can look at it in 6 days and we’re squeezing you into our busy schedule” they tell me when there’s an issue.Mediocre service.After our appointment the cause of the issue was determined to be a bad seal and not a puncture.

Kal Tire on Pembina has always provided great service for me. I would highly recommend them as they have always been very friendly, efficient and educational when it comes to tires for my vehicle. Moved back to Winnipeg and needed some winter tires. Matt and Jordan at the Pembina location were extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable, helping me make an informed decision on the best winter rubber for my budget and needs. I was recommended Kal through a friend, and was glad I chose them!10/10 will go again! See you guys in April!

Had my brakes done here, front and back. Napa premium parts used for back brakes (not sure abt front) i appreciate the high quality parts! Service was friendly, I got exactly what I needed at the price that was estimated. Service was done within a couple hours. Ill be back!
