Very bad experience he told that we are sending referrals to surgeon for neck lump for further treatment. When we went to the surgeon they didnt rec any referral from him and when we came back to him and ask for report he told if we gave you reports you are discharged from here and told you can go to any other doctor wasted more than month

Really worst staff/ receptionist. Their attitude is at different level. Never respond calls on time. Today i tried 41 times call and still no response. After these calls they attend my call and one girl at reception said doctor will come today whilist other girl said doctor is coming for someone else. Like seriously uneducated and biased staff. Never recommend this clinic because of the receptionists

Unprofessional front staff no time management for normal doctor visit wait time is 2 hour… doctors are great but front staff is garbage.

I came with my father to his appointment and Dr. Brar used a portion of my father's appointment time to remind me of how obese I was and gave me his unsolicited advice and opinion after I told him I was already aware of my size and had been working on my diet and exercise. I found his remarks very unprofessional seeing as I was NOT his patient and did not appreciate it at the slightest. He made no efforts to get to know me or understand my battle with weight-loss over the years but was so quick to suggest a gastric bypass surgery. He needs to focus more on his actual patients and leave his non-patients alone...especially if they didn't ask you for your opinion whatsoever. I get that culturally being blunt is common but he needs to be mindful of the line of work he's in and be considerate of others and how he speaks to them.

Worst experience. I waited for 1 hour for my tetanus injection. After 1 hour they said we don’t have injection. Receptionist was still helpful. But Dr. Brar was very unrespectful. You can come next week or yo can go to another clinic. No value for patients time. People are waiting for more than hour to see doctor. After every patient, doctor took 10-15 break, doesn’t matter how many patients are waiting.

I’ve been going to this doctor for 20+yrs. He was an amazing doctor back in the day but over the past 2years he’s become so careless almost as if he’s burned out. Which is not good because people depend on your with their life. His receptionists are even worse! They literally never pick up their calls and they never stick to their word. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Please save yourself the hassle and find yourself a better clinic!

Worst service ever, the receptionist just forgot to stamp my medical documents. I have to come all the way back from Mississauga again. They wasted my one hour in all of this. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very bad experience i have pain in my eye and i am the first who entered in the clinic and the receptionist is too much partial. She got her relative or friend and she allowed him to go first. I was not able to handle my pain but still she didnt understand anything.

Receptionist does not have any manners and was too rude and cut the call.Just asked if they were accepting new patients. And she rudely cut the call. Like what is this?

Worst experince!! I had my appointment on easter monday.. Receptionist, gave timmi g of 9:20 am, she even didnt feel important to call back and reshedule if clinic was suppose to open late.. They didnot mention when will clinic open .. I visited 3 times still no update for opening...They guys dont value time....
