This incident happened in May of 2021. It has not been resolved yet as IXL refuses to answer to emails and registered mail from SGI.An IXL employee was loading brick pallets onto the trailer with a forklift. The employee was asked to load from the side but disregarded this and loaded from the back. The first two pallets went on fine. With the last pallet, the employee tried to slide 2 full pallets forward with another pallet and ended up pushing the entire truck and trailer into a chain link fence post. This resulted in noticeable damage to the truck bumper.Accidents from lack of judgment happen. We can all agree on that. The real problem here is that IXL has been ignoring all emails and registered mail from SGI regarding this incident. This could have already been resolved and forgotten about, but management is still dragging it out 9 months later.Needless to say, I cannot recommend this business in good faith to other consumers. If this is where they take shortcuts, imagine where else they could be taking shortcuts?
