Many thanks to Kim and Brianna for helping me out today. I purchased a set of boxed dishes. When I took them home I loaded some of them into the dishwasher and was running a load before I discovered that five pieces still in the box were broken. I returned to the store with the broken pieces and the receipt looking for options. Brianna stepped up and talked to Kim and they quickly offered to replace the broken ones from an already incomplete set. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. I appreciate it very much.

Know your prices and check expiry dates. Items are often separated, marked up, and sold individually. If you have a Costco membership, it's worth just driving to Abbotsford for the same products. That being said, you can sometimes find good deals - but like I said, make sure you know your prices.

Been going to this store, chilliwack location for a few months now. I always find treasures for great prices. The staff is friendly, and I have gotten to know the supervisor Brianna, always a welcoming smile on her face and goes above and beyond. 5 stars from me

I had received an email march 22, from big box outlet, saying I had a five dollar discount and it was good for five days.I went to the store on the 27th and the cashier told me that my coupon had expired. So obviously you include the day you send it, which I will know better in the future.The cashier was so understanding that she took five dollars off anyway. It was very much appreciated.Have a great day

I am giving 1 star because the plain clothed security guy followed me and my parents around the entire store. The two cashiers were really lovely but the guard was so rude. It was creepy and uncomfortable until I realized why this man was watching us the entire time and then it was plain offensive. I almost just put everything down and left. I would rather spend more money elsewhere then go back there. Unless you want to be stalked the ENTIRE TIME I don't recommend you go there either.I usually don't review places but this company needs to better train their employees unless they want to lose PAYING customers!

This store in general is great but the chilliwack location specifically is incredible! We bought a fridge with them a few months ago which ended up needing a repair. As soon as we contacted them they had their contractors out to take a look/replace the part within a week!
