Returns online are very difficult and you have to pay for the shipping. I received one of the items damaged and they sent in that case a return label shipping for Purolator with a very limited time to return it. For that reason, if you don't have a store nearby avoid to order online from them.

Awesome service and a great selection! I did find that the floors could have been cleaner but seeing as it's the end of winter it's normal to have that much salt on the carpets. I'd suggest bringing a small easy pair of shoes along with you to wear in between trying on the shoes if it's the middle of winter to keep your socks clean. Will shop there again!

Went in on Saturday morning fir shoes. Door was open, nobody was in store except another customer. Found shoes I wanted but was told they weren't open yet. Story about sleeping in, missed his bus. I asked hiw long itcwoukd take, he went on to say he had paperwork to do etc. I mentioned I was dye somewhere soon but could wait in my car. I asked 10 minutes?? He answered you could try if I'm open I'm open. I told him he had a bad attitude and to keep the shoes. I buy all our family shoes at this location, unfortunately this experience has left me no choice but to buy elsewhere.

After having shop at the Billings Bridge location for several years I had the occasion to take my 88 year old friend to the location on Merivale Avenue and the staff there were absolutely fantastic. I called from outside the store to let them know I had my 88 year-old friend wanting to come in to try a pair of Ugg slippers. Long story short right to the front of the line and they wound up ordering the slippers. The package arrived 4 days later they were too small we took them back they ordered the larger size and today they are the most comfortable warm slippers my friend in her Tender Years has ever had. People helping people. With love John.

Great but the 50% all on stuff is a marketing gimmick. It's everywhere... really no point even shop around or waste time on it. Overall I store was great, clean and organized. The staff cleanly dressed, helped out whenever they could and friendly.

I am just disappointed that I spent 2 hours on return and still couldn't get the shoes I wanted. So, this review covers return policy. I was gifted shoes by my wife, which I tried , to know that they were not good fit despite the right size. I tried to exchange the shoes for larger size and went to trainyard location, since that's closer to my house, but since they didn't had it, I was guided to come to Merivale location which is good 20 min far.I found the pair but felt bad to know that they had defect on soul. The manager agreed and offered additional discount but I didn't want to buy defective pair. Unfortunately, I end up getting refund as wait period to get another pair was longer. :-(

Outstanding customer service at this location! Bought new boots for my daughter a couple weeks ago, tossed the box and receipt assuming they'd be good - they weren't. The boots were cutting her heels to hell, they took them back and gave me store credit with zero hassle. If I could give 6 stars I would, highly recommend!

Came in to exchange a pair of shoes and waited at the cash, an employee removed my stuff from the cash to help another lady that was also doing an exchange felt devalued completely disrespectful this is what you call privileged. Never going back

The store is so dirty. Garbage and tags and tissue all over the floor.racks are empty. I won't shop here again
