Had a great experience with this dealership, the process was smooth and easy. I was able to get what I wanted, for a price I wanted and drive out of the dealership that same evening. I want to specifically recognize my sales rep Tristen for listening to what I wanted and not making me feel rushed into any decision. I also want to recognize the General Manager Rob for working with us to get me a deal I felt really excited about. Will be recommending this dealership 10/10 for anyone wanting a new vehicle. I bought a 2022 Hyundai Elantra from here and it was my first purchase ever on my own; as a senior the staff at this dealership is top notch and was very understanding about my anxiety when purchasing this lovely car. My sales guy, Mike W. was awesome and went out of his way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. No pressure but true honesty. Alex in finance was awesome and worked my deal to my advantage. She’s professional, she gets back to you promptly, she’s funny and nice to talk to. I highly recommend going to Southtown. Fantastic people.

Noah and Taf are great people. Noah helped me find a truck that suited my needs and didn't try pressing me for anything out of my budget.Since I was in a tough situation with negative equity, Taf did everything in his power to make the deal go through.
