The people are awesome and very personable with you,they go out of they're way to make sure your needs are met. Had cash in hand ready to buy an ebike,FMM took half a week finalizing paper on a bicycle id understand on a quad or a legal vehicle but on a bike that is way to long. Kurtis then asked for my SIN and completely ghosted me.I went down the road to the next dealer and got on a bike the same day.Do not trust these people I'm assuming my SIN was stolen due to the ghosting

Welcoming and the staff are very personable. I was there to get the diagnostics run on my machine because it was throwing some codes. The mechanic ran the diagnistics on my machine and told me his best thoughts on what the problem might be. He was very personable and helpful. I highly recommend this place for buying machines and for servicing all your toys. I am very impressed with them

I would give 4 stars if I was only reviewing the parts counter guys but my experience as a whole here wasn’t that great. I ordered some things for my quad here and it took over a month to get in and still waiting on some items. I dropped off my quad for first service and parts install. Went back to pick up the quad and service wasn’t done (communication issue) parts counter tried to make it right by doing the service that day and offering delivery so I wouldn’t have to drive out there again. I get a call that evening saying my winch cable is snapped at the hook (I never used the winch before) the winch was hooked to the frame and what I think happened because I noticed the inlet wheel is bent that someone held the “IN” button and snapped it at the shop. They would not cover it and wanted over 200$ to repair (took me 10min to fix it myself). All in all the Parts counter personnel are friendly but I will not trust the shop to work on anything again and they definitely have some communication issues.

It’s great to have a local dealership in town to be able to save the time and expense of going south. Great sales staff that will make you more then happy with your purchase. I picked up my 22 Polaris 850 RMK axys on the weekend highly recommend
