Brighton, Ontario locationPros:The staff taking the orders for drive through are always very pleasant. The staff have never make any mistakes with my orders. Not always the case at other Tim Hortons locations.Cons:There’s always a long line up at drive through which is annoying but don’t blame the staff. Brighton needs more coffee shops/cafes (especially in summer when you see more tourists /campers driving in the area). Off topic Lola’s cafe in Brighton’s town centre/“downtown” lacks variety, it’s too small, & it closes too early but that’s for another review.

Who doesn't love Timmy's. There's always a lot of options there!! Food is very fresh and beverages are hot. Friendly staff, lots of parking, and very clean

It was very worst experience of my life I have to repeat my order 5 times and I don’t know they are racist or they don’t know how to take order from customer and my food wasn’t hot. I would recommend please improve your customer service no matter if it’s busy, we pay for your food and you must serve it properly and plz don’t be racist. Thanks.

Did a drive thru and the bagel and english muffin were not heated properly. Could be a one off situation, but except that everything else was fine.

What a horrible experience. I walked into this location morning of Dec. 24th (the door was unlocked although the deadbolt was out). As soon as I got to the counter I told the lady serving me her door was unlocked (I was confused as to why the deadbolt was exposed) and lady loudly told me that they had locked the door do to the wind. Completely understandable. She proceeded to tell me twice that there was a sign on the door (which I never saw and even apologized for missing). She told me she didn’t want to get in trouble by the manager due to the door being open. I told her to tell the manager, not me. I don’t need to hear it twice and thought I did the business a favour letting them know that there door wasn’t locked properly. I also told her to make the sign bigger (I had to explain I second time I didn’t see it). Upon getting my coffee I proceed to exit the other side of the building but was told by the lady who served me “you can’t sit inside!” The audacity to assume I’m sitting inside is unwarranted, especially after getting flak about using the front door. I figured they wanted customers to use the second door. Frustrated, I replied loudly “I’m not!” I couldn’t get out the other door (it was probably locked but how am I supposed to know - there wasn’t a sign on that door). I’m not sure which staff member it was, but I believe it was the second lady working the drive-thru, decided to call me an @sshole, which I responded “I’m not!” in an even more aggravated tone. Unbelievable. Neither of you know how to speak to a customer properly or accordingly. I’ve served thousands of my customers and made sure my customers left happy and educated (people don’t always see signs and some are even illiterate and need additional assistance). This is essential if you’d like to retain employment as an individual or for any business to succeed. To the owner: You may want to have your staff at this location retrained on AODA. Staff should learn to control there tone and refrain from insulting individuals. I wasn’t there to ruin the employees day but they sure as heck ruined mine. Merry Christmas.

Parking is on the other side of drive-thru, and we almost got hit twice while crossing. Windows face a gas station. I'm surprised this location is open.

The manager on days is rude. She had an issue with people wanting their order correct. Just bad for business rushes you screams at her workers. And literally lies. She said I was screaming into the drive thru box. Nope did not happen. But guess what they did screw up the order.
