Parkland Fireplace

My experience with this company is poor at best. My 82 year mom has paided in full for work on her fire place in June of this year. And after many phone calls and face to face meetings with the owner. Who always says, oh we will be there tomorrow. Well tomorrow has never come . Today is Nov 27 2013. They last Friday 22, 2013we were told they would be there, yesterday Nov 26 2013they said they would be there! Not yet. Today I called my Mom to see how it had gone and she was crying wounding what she had done wrong to deserve this treatment. Well just received a call from the owner. She says they are on there way. We will see.Well I am happy to say after two strongly worded calls it is done. Good
