Not only are they thorough in screening tenants, they take care of the paperwork, collecting rent, responding to calls from tenants ... It's basically getting income from your property for a percentage of the rent paid without any of the hassles. Both Martin and Peter went far beyond what I would expect from a property management company. Even after the last tenant left when the property was sold, they kept a key and checked up on the place until the closing date - they didn't have to but they did anyway - that's service!
