My shop uses Prairie Coast for all of my John Deere related issues. Parts and the knowledge of the staff are second to none. Blair is excellent in running the service department and Ron runs an excellent parts department where he and Roland go out of their way to accomodate you. Brett handles the hub parts center and provides many years of experience and expertise that make ordering parts an easy transaction. Very pleasant staff throughout.

Worst service ever. I had to have my hydraulic quick couplers on my John Deere 3020 repaired 3 times and even then they did not do what I had asked. Every time they made an attempt to repair this item, the bill was over $500. They might be able to work on garden tractors but definitely not a farm tractor service center. I will never darken the doors of that facility again, and will share my experience with all. I guess there is no such thing as service anymore, just how much cash can they extract from a poor farmer.

Thank you to Darcy Ganje, working out of Kelowna. Thank you for everything you did for us this past week. Delivering our new 450M baler and hooking it up for us. Showing us how it operates, and training us on how to make the bales. It was fun, and we love our baler. As a woman I loved being able to make 202 bales, trouble free with the knowledge you shared. Then loading a broken not working lawn mower with flat tires all by yourself. You are amazing and so pleasant, and definitely went the second mile. We will only buy through you in the future, including a new lawn mower.

I ordered parts and they told me they would be shipped that day. 10 days later when parts still hadn’t shown up I call to inquire and they say “oh we forgot to ship these”.This place is a joke. If you need parts and kelowna is the closest location get them shipped from a different place you’ll get them quicker.

Fantastic John Deere dealership. You'll get excellent customer service. Doesn't matter if you're stopping by for something small, something collectible for the kids, or you wanna buy the most expensive setup on the lot. During my visit I met six folks who worked there and not one of them could've been nicer to me. Excellent spot. I look forward to visiting often.

Great service. 835 gator side by side. good vehicle but the lift and lower on the snow blade are opposite to any machine I've ever own and that's a few. Little hard to shift Other than that no complaints

I needed a part for my JD ride on, I've called 6 times, waited online for over an hour on two occasions, when the recording said someone it would take 2-5 minutes to talk to someone..I have left my call back number, it's day 3...no call back!

Just bought a snowblower attachment and chains for my tractor that i bought there last year. Sales guy Dwayne was excellent and delivered next day to my house and hooked it up for me and put the chains on and it occurred to him that one size does not fit all and a tech guy came over the next day to my house and spent an hour sizing the chains properly. All no extra charge and all very congenial and knowledgeable people.Next time I need a john deere accessory, I will be calling Dwayne and getting his honest opinion of what will best work for my situation!thank you Prairie Coast
