Neighbor got a tree cut down they needed access to my backyard. They were shown. I got a call from my fiance saying the gate was broken and my dog almost got lost, so I gave a call. The owners wife who answered was more concerned about the dog than anything.she asked if I needed someone to come fix it.(it should have went I'm sorry il send someone over right away). But I had already fixed it because my neighbor was not home to ask who cut it down until the next daym Once she realized that I had fixed it already she was like well what do you want me to do about it then." In a very rude tone offended that I even called. Absolutely brutal. Next time if they need access they will not be aloud in my yard. Nor should anyone use this service."

Very disrespectful owner and work staff. All LACK communication skills and professionalism. I would not recommend.

Got an absolute ridiculous quote of $28,000 to clear my lot. Basically had to chase him to receive a price. The guy said he checked out my lot, but I don't think so. Seems like they're too busy to care about incoming jobs, thus the non sense of a quote that I got

Thank you Brian for the great crew you sent. I had received a higher quote with a window about 2 weeks out. I called B&L and met Brian the same day. Guys came next day and cut a large difficult tree between homes and 5 others. Done in 1 day.

Quickly tackled difficult job after big snow storm. We avoided a major disaster with trees leaning towards roof.

Bryan’s crew came yesterday to trim some branches from a black walnut tree, and I was totally satisfied with all the work that they did!!! The guys were very polite, answered my many questions patiently, and after the job was done, cut the logs for our fire pit. They also cleaned up the area around the tree. Well done, guys!!!

I am very impressed with the wonderful service and professionalism of Bryan and his crew. They removed a large sickly Red Maple from our property and trimmed a large stand of cedars. Very friendly and competative priced. They returned calls promptly and gave me an estimate within a couple day. We decided to keep the trees for the season. They appear healthy and are full of leaves.
