We visit here every Wednesday, but this was an awful day. We placed an online order for pickup, and as we waited there, the woman was responded so crudely with, Why are you guys watching? Sit there." Customers should receive better service from Subway. We will quit eating Subway if the same thing happens again."

Ordered on the app and many toppings are wrong or missing and one was sopping wet with way too much mayo. Also none were labeled so we had to touch everyones food. Two of the subs were wasted as they were nasty. Ordered july 7 at 6pm.I called and the lady tried acting like the phone wasn't working or something. Was rude and implied that we are lying several times. She eventually called the supervisor by herslef and offered a free sub to make up for the 4 they messed up. They continued to show attitude and call us liars until we asked if we could bring it in and show them for a refund and they hung up. 0/10 will never go here again and will be sharing my experience with everyone i know. Lousy quality ingredients, sloppy preparation and unprofessional staff. horrid customer support.A lot of these reviews mention this one lady, think its time for the manager to look into what's going on. Sounds like an attitude problem or shes taking criticisms personally. Though the manager might be in on it as they are literally the most ingredient stingy subway ever. To the point where they dont add any of an ingredient at all lol.

Wow are the employees here extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my subs, I spoke to the First Lady and she told me I was wrong there was no way the sub was made wrong, then a different lady came on the phone told me she watched the other lady make the 4 subs I ordered and there was also no way she could have made them wrong. I told her I could bring in the sandwiches for proof and she called me a liar and hung up the phone. For a 70$ order it’s definitely not worth it especially when they make them wrong, call you a liar and hang up on you.

Staff is very rude.Today I went to subway and asked for veggie delight. They have started a new mozzarella cheese so we asked them to add it. They added. After that at the time of adding veggies when i started telling my veggies she told that this is mozzarella sub and you can get only few veggies. If you order veggies delight than only you can add veggies of your choice. Then i told her that I ordered veggie delight. Than she told no no this is made so only few veggie are allowed. Also she was not putting veggies properly. I was feeling like i am asking for free.Also at the time of payment she told me about an survey which can get us free drink or cookie. But after doing survey when i reached her she was so rude that she was not even speaking with me properly and was ignoring me and was not at all paying attention to it. Firstly the survey is not mine. @Subway is conducting survey. I have not told them to conduct survey. So if the company is conducting survey than the company should tell their employees to pay attention as this is also a job to do.This happened to me for the second time.I am sure i wont be going their againThank you

Worst experience this time.She didn’t even greet us though we made an pickup order she didn’t even kept all the things which we ordered and there was just 1 sauce added by her and when we were standing at the prep area she told us to sit being rude.Very bad.Luckily i cant give negative ratings otherwise i will give that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just played an hour of hockey and rush over to the only subway in oshawa open until midnight on a Thursday. I make it there at 11:30 and the manager has the audacity to say they’re closed when one of the workers were walking over to help us. We told them our situation and she raised her voice multiple times to tell us they were closed when the open sign is on and sign says open until 12. Terrible customer service.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I most definitely would. Although their hours of operation says they close at 12am, the staff purposely close the store 30 mins early in order to avoid working. I walked in at 11:40pm & they harshly told me they were closed for the day and they couldn’t serve me. When I questioned them about their hours of operation, they yelled at me and told me to leave. I told them that I will be calling head office to complain about this matter & asked for their names. They refused to give me their names and decided to ignore me as I kept asking. Extremely disrespectful & unprofessional environment. The manager of this location really needs to step up, and these staff need to be written up in order to learn a lesson. I will never be visiting this location again, and will make sure to deal with head office about this matter.Date Visited: March 21st @ 11:40pmStaff: 2 Ladies (they refused to give their names & weren’t wearing name tags either.)

they're vegetarian options is overpriced and extremely mediocre, the members who make the sandwich can't communicate properly, they work very unenthusiastically and make sandwiches while constantly coughing in their masks. I am very dissatisfied and won't be recommending this place to anyone.

They ALWAYS soak the subs in sauce. The workers are extremely rude. They don't know the menu and don't listen to the order. I came here 2 different days hoping the service and food would change but they're both terrible. The Rotisserie Chicken" looks like it has salmonella and smells like tuna fish. Absolutely disgusting."

One of the worst experiences ever. Old lady was so rude. She behaves like she works for us. She do not have 1% of costumer service and manner how to talk with costumer. She behaves normally with other people and with us she behaves very rude and i and my friends are regular costumer. This is not a first time we face this issue. I think, this happen with us 3rd or 4th time. Dear manager or staff, you should teach some manner to your staff. subway should not give a online option like uber, skip because that is totally different as compared to in store. This is to say because when i visited today, i ordered a meal from a doordash and it was pick up and when i reached store , i started to see my order how it is made but unfortunately, old lady asked me do not see and seat so this is the worst experience and so rude l. You guys are not working for us. If you are tired, you can tell your manager do not give more shift. One again she was too rude. I think i will not visit this place agian
