Scam artists!!!Tried to charge $500 to change a battery! ( at this done at other mechanic for $250 with a better quality battery)Then tried to charge another $3000+ for other repairs that were completely unnecessary.These people are disgusting and will scam any chance they get. Strongly don’t recommend this place, I simply came here to change 2 tires (I brought two tires here for them to take my old ones off the rim and put the 2 I brought, onto the rear rims) the Indian man at the service desk was very rude during the whole visit. Wouldn’t let me speak, kept interrupting me and when I noticed my DIRECTIONAL tires were put on incorrectly he denied it was wrong, then went to tell his worker to change it because I was right but couldn’t admit it to the customer that it was a simple mistake but instead argued with me about it trying to say I was wrong just to rush my car out of the shop. (i worked at a master mechanic for 2 years once upon a time)The two workers in the shop was pretty transparent and polite so no complaints with them.Price for two tires to be changed was $108.Never will I return here and nor will I go to another active green & Ross franchise shop again.

We came for a tire change. The staff Piyush was super friendly and excellent work done. Would recommend!

Sad to say but it seems that in 2023 women are still being treated like idiots at these shops....I went to this location to change my winter tires to my previous all season tires. My vehicle is a 2022 SUV with 40,000km but I was told by the service person at Active Green & Ross that my tires were past the legal allowance, that they needed to be replaced and according to corporate guidelines he was not able to change the tires. I went to Lexus and sure enough they told me my tires were fine and did not need to be replaced. I only went to Active because they're closer to home but I've learned my lesson!

Exceptional Service was provided by Young guy name Puish who mentioned he just joined the company. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Their price is little higher but customer service was excellent. He provided excellent advice and I am grateful that I got my car fixed from here. I will recommend to go visit this place for your car needs. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

Called around for tires - looked at the same brand and model.. This place has the worst price.. about $60-80 per tire more than all other stores - Yokohoma Avid AscendPerson on the phone was friendly

First time arriving for an oil change. Received a Fully Synthetic Oil Change for $90 with an additional $10 off!Customer service was polite, friendly and quick. Had me in and out in 15-20mins.

Got 2 tires swap off rim. Very quick service. Staff are friendly. Definitely worth coming to this shop.
