Had setup internet account at this branch. However, they put a wrong birthday and failed to setup the authorized payment for me. Have to pay the penalty and spent hours with customer service to correct it! Please don’t come to this store!

This store does not even deserve one star. I am an existing customer and found deal under my account to upgrade device to Samsung s20 ultra 5G, for a rear deal of 60$/month for 24 month with my existing plan. Monday( same day) I went to store near my place to buy this deal and they booked phone for me. As I was existing customer no need for any transactions. In fact I was eligible to change my plan from 55/ month 4 GB to 50$/ month 8gb. Which the representative did upgraded for my account. Mentioned I can pick up phone on Wednesday. I went to store Wednesday and they told me that the plan is no longer available. It is expensive 72$/month for 24 months. I asked to give me the Monday deal and they said no they can’t. I mean if I have ordered the phone on Monday why can’t you.? Also if they knew that the plan can change and if they provide e right information I would simply order phone online. Why to waste time going to store. Also if any other nearby store had a device available I would simply go to other store and buy phone. Very unprofessional, lazy and do not know their work. The lady works their is really rude.

Rahul's customer service was out of this world. He was extremely pleasant and professional when I interacted with him at the store and remembered me when I called him back at a later time. When I ran into issues, he called me back multiple times to ensure my internet situation was set up. Haven't had this good of service in a long time. Thank you so much for your hard work Rahul!

There people working here are not willing to help at all. They do nothing but having their fun at the work place. I have been waiting for over 3 hours, they made me bring back my modem from my house and yet they didn’t help me. I lost my internet connection for over 18 hours and no one from fido was able to help me.By the way there was a guy called “MOE” who had a bad attitude towards me and told he wont be willing to help me. Anyways thanks fido for your poor customer service. I will definitely change my plan with fido.

This Fido store is awesome! I experienced the best customer service ever from Bryan! He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he helps me to set up eSIM from one phone to another twice (within 1 month) without charging me a penny. He makes sure the eSIM is working before I leave the store. I will definitely go back to him whenever I need help or getting a new phone/line. DON'T go to the store at 10 West Pearce St., NO customer service at all, not helpful, and want to charge me to help me. Drive me away when I told him I got free service at Hillcrest Mall store! Thanks Bryan again for your warm service!
