I had a late night at work and wanted to just stop and grab a quick bite to eat on my way home. I used to work here 12 years ago and would have recommended this location to anyone. Recently, we have stoped in 3 times after not going here for over 10 months and every visit so far we have had endless issues with simple orders, food quality and just plan ignorance/attitude by the staff.I got there tonight at 11:45, drive thru closes at 12 but it was closed before 11:45? Not a person to be seen.We will never go back there, ever again. We will happily spend our money anywhere else, especially better quality, family owned restaurants/businesses in our community that have better service, friendly staff and who actually properly advertise their business hours.

Advertising food that they don't have, like spicy nuggets and shamrock shake. Please share if you actually got a shamrock shake at the Bracebridge McDonald's. Each time that I went they did not have it, although their big neon sign out front advertised that they did. More like, look what you can't have.""

Awful, absolutely awful. I understand price increases but you should at least get descent food. McChicken doesn't fit the bun, Quarter pounders cold ( live less than 5 minutes away) fries tasted uncooked AND half a container. Awful, absolutely awful. I fall for the trap , my fault.

I just used the washroom and there was zero toilet paper.. I have never felt so gross in my life. I had to go to the front counter to ask for paper unwired.. unreal.

Expensive.. twice now I had asked for condiments..got.through drive thru..NO condiments. Today 2 of us ordered at drive thru...ONE paper napkin in bag!!

Get your people to be happier to have a job in the service industry...as well...get your cleaning standards up to where they should be ...maybe McDonald's should hire cleaning crews???

It was absolutely disgusting to see the dirt swiped from the floor near the garbage bin and just left there, next to the fancy waterfall! Raise your cleaning standards since you're obviously not hesitant about raising your prices!

Very slow, food is almost never right, I order an extra patty on my burgers, it's the first item on the grill slip and they rarely put them on. Large fries are never full and sometimes less than a med.
