What an incredible experience. I was trying to arrange a lunch meeting that started at 11am and every place I contacted for individual lunches could not do delivery for 11am. Mary was extraordinary. She not only made this delivery possible but went out of her way to make sure this was stressless for me. The food was incredible, arrived before 11am and made exceptions to get the items by customers wanted to enjoy. Stephanie was also amazing. She was able to help me when I couldn't sign in and made sure the extra items I needed were added. I cannot express how grateful I am to Mad Radish, in particular to Mary and Stephanie for making my event successful. Everyone could not stop talking about how delicious and fresh all the food was!!Visiting their stories or having them cater is a must!!!! They are amazing with amazing food!! 10 stars if possible.

I had a phenomenal bowl. It was my first time here and the associates were very helpful. She walked through the menu with me and helped me make something delicious. I had no wait time and a very good time. The restaurant was very clean and the other patrons seemed to be having a good time too. Also felt very safe being out. Thank you.

I love these salads. They're so fresh, with balanced flavours and textures, and just yum. Also, the restaurant is very clean and the service is quick and polite.In terms of price, a single salad bowl is about $19 (including tip) so it's not an everyday place. But for a fast food" salad

I really wish I could give this place a 5 Star, but unfortunately I wasn’t entirely in love with the food!I had the ginger chicken salad and handpie combo. The handpie is very tough and has a pungent (possibly?) cardamom scent that’s really off putting for me. It seems like it’s been overbaked in the outside but the inside is still raw which is unfortunate.The salad is very bland, especially the chicken, and the only saving grace was the orange. I actually had to bring it back home and put my own dressing!I really like the concept of mad radish and the place is very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the food was pretty bad.Definitely coming back for the coconut soft serve and perhaps the soup combo, but pass on most of the salad (asked my friends and they all thought the salads were bland and so so) and handpie.Update 3/25/2019I tried their chicken baguette sandwich after a long hiatus and I liked it. For $5, it was fresh and delicious. I still feel skeptical about the salad, but not everything is terrible.Update 10/25/2020I have changed it from (I think) 2 stars to 5 stars because the food we had recently was very delicious. The crust of the pizza was kind of sweet which was very surprising, but it was such a unique take on a gourmet pizza. Also had Luisa’s burrito bowl and it was very delicious too except I think they forgot the creamy cilantro dressing or it’s just very watery. Coming back again!

Fresh salads with lots of flavour. This place is packed and the line up can be out the door but the best part was being able to order on line and just pick up at your convenience. Their ordering website was a bit wonky when it came time to pay. The page confirming your credit card number does not actually show the last four digits of your card so it doesn't look like it has the correct card but it does work. Maybe they've fixed this by now as we mentioned this to their staff. Be careful with the spice in the Mexican salad. It's got some heat that over-powers the other flavours.

LOVE Mad Radish, one of my go-to places for lunch. Pretty sure I ate here almost twice a week during their Buy 4 Get 1 Free promo. Great service, even at the very end of the day!If you go during the lunch rush try to have a bit of cash on hand for a tip, one of the Interac machines doesn't have a tip option and with their amazing service when the line is 20 deep, they all deserve a tip for sure! :)

First visit and am very impressed. Delicious salad, made even better due to the compostable packaging. I usually don't get takeaway salads because of the clear plastic lids - this is a great example of how they are absolutely not necessary! Also love the mini desserts. Will definitely be back to try some other options.

I’ve been going to the Glebe location for years but unfortunately the portions sizes are much smaller and I am left hungry after my meal. Not worth the $16 at all. It’s unfortunate because I love the healthy options but won’t be going back since I’ve been dissatisfied with the portion sizes for a few months now.

Beautiful location, spacious, clean and modern. The food is fresh and the menu very diverse and unique. I've tried the breakfast for supper" salad and the "creamy Caesar" salad: both delicious and unique. But the one thing you have to try is their focaccia bread. Divine.Prices are a little on the higher end compared to other similar places. But I found service was so friendly

Perfectly adequate lunch spot, it does get a bit busy if you go around noon so be prepared to wait in line and don't expect to have a seating area. Food quality is exactly as you'd expect, relitively fresh and average size portion. My suggestions would be to get a bowl with rice and greens instead of just rice, as you get a significant amount of it already. Also I'd suggest not to get a custom bowl as it starts at 3 toppings, and they charge an extra dollar per scoop and it can add up quickly.
