Amazing service and wonderful staff. We bought a Honda van from this dealership today and were very pleased with the whole process. We went from Ottawa but they made the whole purchase so convenient, easy and hassle-free. The salesperson Jean Francois is exceptional. We thank him whole heartedly for his prompt communication, quick thinking, staying over his time to wait for us and speaking English with us the whole time:) Laurence is wonderful and very polite. Terrific service they were very busy and no mechanical were available but a service tech came out to our car and he fixed 2 problems engine light and Radio that the sweetest receptionist dark long hair beautiful smile I hope your manager gives u both employees award and no charge very amazing to hear and see thank u Honda Cheers we are from Bc

I just come back from Honda Auto Frank et Michel à Québec, and could not wait to write down this to express my thanks, to the old guy in the service department. I feel so sorry that I forget asking his name.My wife and I have driven a long way to Quebec from the US, and felt something wrong with our Honda CRV after I conducted the B1 mechanics in a non Honda store. After hearing my feelings and concerns, the service man decided to drive my CRV to check it himself. He is so nice and so experienced and so helpful. I am really appreciate the service and advices he gave to me.

worst service ever had with this dealer , vaery bad welcoming, price not correct they give price over the phone to come to the place then when you arrive they try to take any more money from you and chenge the deal , be aware when you are making adeal with them they are not honest at all , its better to go elsware
