customer service is really bad, first purchase bought a keg kit and other stuff. most of the items were good except for one, i ask that i got a used part but they insist that it was new and all their stock was a little beaten as they described it". I ask if they compensate me in another way because i am willing to do business again

Great source of some hard to find products. Lighting fast shipping. Had a small issue with inaccurate product description and they went above and beyond to correct it. Even sent adaptor fittings for free. Great service, selection and support!

I've been buying from OBK for years. I live in Toronto, and have a big (bougie $$$) local option, but I far prefer ordering from OBK now that the few little LHBS we used to have were driven out of business.Great service and fast, reasonable shipping.

Customer since Sept 2020. Great prices, nice equipment selection. They have a lot of Kegland products (Fermzilla, Brewzilla...) and you can get great deals on hops. Delivery's always fast.

Honestly excellent customer service, which is was prompted me to write this review.Ive ordered from them in the past, and the order-picking is very quick, and had no issues.There was a minor mistake between what was in-stock and what I ordered this time, and it was resolved super quickly and I also was given in-store credit.They’re great. Will def keep ordering from them in the future
