Clean store with helpful sales

The store is way much bigger than I thought before I came into the front door. Bright and clean with all kinds of latest stuff which I never saw before.Purchase lots of good toy and hope I will have fun

Highly recommend store, my friend told me about this store couple mouths ago. Turned out the sales girl was very helpful. She showed different products, and told me the benifits. Me and my partner found what we was looking for. That was a nice first time sex store experience, we've been her customer ever since.

ALL THINGS ARE FINAL SALE :) EVEN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!It is a terribly bad shopping experience.I bought couple of things yesterday, one of which is defective itself and cannot be used at all (electronic device). Today I went there for a refund, and were told it is a final sale, which i had never been told before. The sales girl firstly said that she doesn’t know how to process because she doesn’t have the admin access and doesn’t know how to open the till, so she refused to return. And then she texted to her manager, who also doesn’t allow her to make a refund.Tbh, I‘m not being mean or would like to trouble someone. If it is my problem, I won’t ask for a return. The point is, if I bought a damaged product and took it home, why can't I return it because of its malfunction?Btw, most of products in the store are NOT with price tags, so you won’t know the price until you ask the sales or check out.As shoppers, you guys may THINK TWICE if you STILL would like to come to shop.

As a kind of fair solution react that they give me change for other products and credit for the rest as refund by the sales manager. I feel much more satisfying now and I will add more details of fair evaluation review later.

Terrible customer experience. The sales lady was very push and trying to guilt trip me into buying lubricant. (She said I am not protecting my girlfriend by not buying it). After I said no several times she still tried to insist.The items price are not labeled on the product. Beware and make sure to check the price before purchasing as I feel like she just makes up price on the spot if you don’t.Be wary of this scammy store
