Best Western Wainwright Inn & Suites
It's a good hotel with really nice and accommodating staff. The pool and hot tub are good. The breakfasts have variations each morning, and there's a decent selection each day. The hotel is walking distance to a Wal-Mart, Canadian tire, and other take out places. I would stay again.

Best Western Wainwright Inn & Suites
I booked a couple of rooms yesterday for next week. Typically very positive experiences with Best Western regardless of town or city. I am curious as to why I was told $139.19 (2 queen beds each room) lowest price. Looking at site just now, I am seeing cost per night at 134.19 for members. I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed here for a gymnastics competition and the pool was under renovation which the website did not mention and nobody informed me when I booked. The room was not cleaned properly if at all for that matter. Sticky stuff all over the table, dirty bathroom sink and the worst part was when I pulled down the bed sheets to go to sleep there was a huge stain that look just like feces. Beyond grossed out and yet I still paid full price for my room. Will definitely not be staying again!

I mostly loved my stay here. Amazing breakfast selection in the morning. Rooms were clean. The pool was under construction and the one lady who worked during breakfast said hi to everyone but me. Asked how people’s breakfast was going but me. It went on for three days. I had a moment where I wondered if I was overthinking it or if I was treated differently due to my race. I said hi to her and she ignored me. Oh well. Overall the staff were friendly.

Juls and her team does an excellent job of providing top quality customer service. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to all amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you very much to the staff for offering great service.

As far as I have been told this hotel is outstanding. I was told the rooms are clean, service is good and the location is phenomenal. Amenity's all around you including a good selection of food venues.

Don’t book here ahead of time. We booked a week in advance, secured with a credit card, and best western canceled it without notice on us the day before we arrived. Ramada across the street was very welcoming and able to accommodate us.

Nice, very clean hotel. And the staff was amazing. Going extra mile to accommodate guests (I witnessed few occassions when they went out of their way to help guests). They deserve a top mark.
