Update: Suspiciously in the hours after this review 4 new 5 star reviews appeared. Cal-imaging has now fixed the printer they broke so my rating of one star has changed to two stars as it shouldn’t take a poor rating to gain reasonable customer service.After nearly 3 years of being customers we had a bi annual cleaning done (a service for which we paid an annual fee) which resulted in print quality going from near perfect to every print having a black streak. No issues before the cleaning. Now they will take no responsibility for the malfunctioning machine, even though they acknowledge that the printer worked before cleaning.All that was offered was to purchase a new machine or have the current one repaired at our cost. Very disappointing after years of loyalty. We tried to come to a mutual agreement by asking for a discount on the new printer or at the very least credit on all the ink purchased for current printer. All efforts were denied. As a small business owner I am now looking elsewhere and will no longer be a customer.

I have been dealing with Katie for several years now. She is very efficient at procuring what I need at a very good price. She is personable, and quick witted, which makes for an enjoyable dynamic in a mundane process. I would absolutely recommend Cal-Imaging.

Beyond impressed with this business and the people that work there!! Incredible customer service! Both Mike and Javier were great and were able to diagnose and fix our printer quickly, even with the 1.5 hr drive to reach us. I highly recommend them. Nothing but happy with the care they put in. :)

We have been using Cal-Imaging for about 6 years now. They have always given us exemplary service from filling our parts orders to service calls.We have a large front office and factory employing approximately 250 staff.We have purchased 12 machines from Cal-Imaging. Four of them are high usage , 4 are medium grade, and the last 4 are basic machines.Mike at Cal-Imaging was instrumental in reviewing our past printer leases where he pointed out the terms were not in our best interest and took the time to explain fully what machines and options were best for the different locations. They never tried to sell us something we did not need and we appreciated the honesty.Some of our machines are in a very dusty environment requiring more maintenance but we have never had issues after a service call. Their service technician Javier is one of the most knowledgeable in western Canada; and he takes great pride in what he does.The sales staff are professional and we have always received out orders in a timely manner. The receptionist is very helpful and pleasant.Moving to Cal-Imaging was one of the best decisions we made and have never looked back. We highly recommend them to anyone! You will certainly not be disappointed.
