I spent over $33,000 on new windows and doors with the lifetime warranty and have had a broken crank going on almost 2 years ,called and emailed numerous times , never hear back to have it fixed . the joke of it is, when I email for a price on new windows I get a response within 12 hours ,not to busy to always sell, but no time to fulfil their warranty promise. Have to give 1 star on that cause it wont go any lowerStefan

My initial review below explains why I first gave only 1 star, but I recently received a communication apologizing for and explaining the historical service department problems and a new commitment to, and action upon, my outstanding service issue, which I am confident will now be resolved quickly.I have been trying to get warranty service from this company for several years. They have measured the window three times, and then I wait and get no follow-up. With great difficulty, I eventually get through and they promise to order the window, but I never hear back from them. The last time I got through to someone was October 2021 and I was promised 2 to 3 week delivery and called on 2022-01-13 and several times since with no response.
