After an ICBC claim, I had my repairs done at Otto Auto Service. They took care of everything for me, including a courtesy car! This was all done in a timely manner. Very efficient. My car looked shiny and new!I come here for everything. Car servicing, dash cam installation, you name it! Amazing group of guys. They never disappoint. Happy customer here!

I will start this review with a disclaimer. I have not had any contact or work done with this company. My 1 star comes from the fact that I have tried to contact this company for work to be done 3 separate times, twice by calling and leaving messages for call back and once through email. I had heard good things from other people and wanted to give them my business. I have and will choose to go elsewhere for any work to be done.

Ricky and Wilson along with their dad are professional and skilled enough to get my project going smooth and quickly. Had a jdm bugeye sti and they helped me converted it to a blobeye. Highly recommended for people with special needs for their car and also normal repairs. Can't really tell the difference between Ricky's paint job and factory paint.

Needed to replace a front bumper + damaged parts. Quotes from other shops were all way above my budget. A buddy recommended Otto Auto Service for their price and professionalism.Ricky and Wilson were very friendly to deal with and gave in depth details to what needs to be fix. I was given options to help me save money as I don't have a big budget to spend on fixing the bumper. Other shops did not offer those options to me. Excellent place. It may not look like much from the outside, but Foo, Ricky, and the rest of the staff here are very good at their work. As a car enthusiast, I am very picky and have high expectations. These guys have worked on my BMW and my Camaro, including doing some custom body and paint work on the latter. They did excellent work both times. I referred them to my brother as well for some work he needed done on his Camaro. He was so happy with the results that he now won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I found Otto Auto Service through Google when I was searching for a good bodyshop for both ICBC claim work and private work. I chose to go with Otto based off of all the 5-star reviews this place had and I can attest that all these reviews were well-earned.It is often difficult to find good, passionate people in the automotive repair industry. There is so much potential to be taken advantage of and the quality of work vastly ranges too. With that being said, I can gladly say that the team at Otto is among the most honest shops I've worked with. I felt very welcomed whenever I was at the shop and I was kept updated along each step of the way and how the repair process went.It's also often overlooked how much time, skill, and work is required in performing quality automotive body work. The price they charge for the quality of work is more than fair. The team at Otto is passionate about cars. You can tell just by the cars both in the shop and in the parking lot. I am beyond happy with how my car came out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to bring their cars here for both ICBC claims and private work -- support honest shops!

This shop is well managed by RICKY - Thumbs Up on their service ! Ricky did everything that needed to be fixed. Called me to give status update and the car looked like new! Their service and price is very reasonable! Check them out!

I decided to pay for my repair from my own pocket, and Ricky was able to give me a very competitive quote ( I shopped around at 3 different shops before deciding to go with Otto). The repair was done quickly and with high quality! I was very impressed at the paint and blend job. Ricky even sent me photos of the progress, which I thought was really good customer service. Wilson also called me occasionally to update me on my car's status.

The second time I've brought one of our cars to Ricky and Otto. It's always great to bring the car to other passionate car enthusiasts to work on and Ricky is just that. He is has a great eye for detail and is an amazing painter.Wilson was also extremely prompt with updates and follow ups. He has a very proactive approach to providing updates (updates me even before I think to call/message to ask for updates).I'll be bringing Ricky and Wilson plenty more business in the future.

After looking online for autobody shops that are experienced with aftermarket body work this shop came to the top of my list.I had to install an aftermarket front bumper to my civic and Ricky was extremely helpful. He was very transparent in what he had to do, how much time it would take and offered plenty of suggestions on how to move forward.I was very satisfied with the work done. I will be going back soon to get some more bodywork done in the near future!
