True Tree in Shorewood did an amazing job on our trees! They were professional, easy to work with and extremely responsive. We appreciated their attention to detail and the fact they truly listened to our needs/wants. I absolutely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The entire team was professional, hardworking, friendly & did a great job trimming & removing dead trees! Josh the owner recommended some additional trees being trimmed which made sense since the equipment was onsite. Now the yard looks fantastic with all the trees cleaned up. I'm so pleased with the work these guys performed! I had 2 giant willow trees removed and it was a very large job. They completed it faster than I could have imagined, the entire crew was friendly and seemed knowledgeable - Andrew was amazing! They cleaned up everything, did what they could to repair my lawn that inevitably gets damaged from heavy equipment. I'll be using them again to replace the trees I had removed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are the best! Jason is super friendly and knowledgeable, Josh and his crew are hard workers and are worth every penny.I had an unsafe giant maple taken down safely in a matter of hours. Josh was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to our needs for tree trimming and removal and in addressing girdling tree roots on a maple tree. He listened to our requests regarding the trimming, answered our questions and offered advise to best care for the mature trees. Each of the staff were very friendly and they cleaned up the yard when the work was completed. We would highly recommend True Tree Solutions and will happily use their services in the future.

We had 3 different companies come to our house to give us an estimate on a large tree project, to be honest True tree had an advantage over them because we had 2 separate friends that had recommended True Tree in our neighborhood. I can’t begin to tell you how happy we are with the work these guys did. Jason was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the whole process. I had a huge cottonwood come down in a storm. It was on my yard and my neighbor's yard, blocking access to our docks and boats. The next morning, from work, I called and left messages at 3 places. Josh called right away, went to my house and called me back about 20 minutes later. He told me the price and said they could have it done by the end of the day. I thought it would be weeks or a month before it could be removed and would cost double or more what he quoted. I arrived home in the evening and there was no tree, no branches and didn't even see much in the way of twigs remaining. I didn't even see the guy or the crew or any evidence that a tree went down. Wow! He is my tree guy from now on!

Josh and his team were outstanding! They removed a large fallen tree branch, took down another large tree branch and removed a dead poplar tree in no time. He also beat the competitors pricing and did an outstanding job cleaning up. I would highly recommend True Tree Solutions to anyone!!
