The good and the bad.The good. I bought a Panama hat online. The delivery was quick and the quality of the hat was what I was expecting.The bad. I didn't love it on me and was going to return it.Unbeknownst to me, Henri Henri does not offer refunds. Only store credit.While I understand their policy if I purchased it in their store I struggle with it for an online purchase.Hats are personal and you need to see what it looks like on you.Henri Henri. If you want to have an online store you should rethink your return policy. If not, your potential customers will be leary about their purchases.

I had such a wonderful experience in this store, and even purchased my very first hat. My Sis and I brought our Dad because he wanted a new Panama Hat. Well, he found his hat quick and was happy...then I started looking around and saw a beautiful hat in this delightful mauve color, and I was sold. I was measured and educated on proper hat maintenance..it was a nice little education. I would definitely go back.
