I had booked the vehicle over call, since I was not in Alberta then, but the process was smooth and hassle free. Ordered a 2023 hybrid xse rav4, took a while but the wem staff did great kn communication offered msrp pricing which most dealers don't currently. Offered great deals on the extra servicing pkg. Salesmen was lenique, gave me a tour of the shop itself and it was huge immaculate everything you'd want In a shop to be handling your investment. Very impressed compared to other shops. They will receive all my future servicing. Ask for lenique ! He made everything very smooth and fast. Went above and beyond to find me a registry that was open on a holiday to ensure I was able to pickup and drive away.

I scratched my car a couple of months ago and I finally put the time to get it fixed at Toyota WEM. Thank you to Geoff and James and Franchesca for helping me with the process and Alex(?) I believe. I'm not familiar with cars but I didn't know that they could offer the customers to be driven back home while we wait for them to fix the car if it's a long process and that was very nice of them. I was very much satisfied with the result as well. Thank you again toyota wem team. Everytime I visit here for oil change, they would always give good service and now this. Keep up the great work! Will sure suggest this place if others are looking to get their cars fixed. I'll show the before and after picture.
