I am a retired senior who started virtual fitness training with Karen during Covid. I have never enjoyed exercising however realized I needed to start exercising much more. A friend was doing virtual fitness training with Karen and recommended I give it a try. I am so thankful I did! I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed virtual fitness training sessions.Karen was a pleasure to work with and I felt very comfortable from the start. She took the time to understand my fitness goals, health issues and complete a fitness assessment. She is very knowledgeable, positive, very encouraging and was always on time for my booked sessions. She kept each training session interesting. She patiently demonstrated any new exercises, thoroughly explained the exercise benefits, changed the routine somewhat every session.With her fitness knowledge and continual motivation my posture, balance and strength improved. I would highly recommend Karen as a virtual fitness trainer.

I have been working out with Karen for a year this January. I have never been an athletic person, have never enjoyed the gym or group exercise classes, and so was really having trouble finding a way to improve my fitness level. At the age of 50, I realized I needed to be more proactive in taking responsibility for my health. So I signed up with Karen. Am I ever glad I did! Karen combines knowledge, passion, humour, and dedication with kindness and understanding of the reluctant exerciser. She has really helped me to look after myself better, to be more aware of just how much better I can feel about myself with a little effort. Having her help me along has been a godsend. I'm stronger now, my posture is better, my eating habits have improved, and my general outlook is better as well. Thank-you, Karen!

Hi everyone, it is a pleasure to share my experience with karen to you. I am a mom of four beautiful kids and I have had lower back pain with some pelvic musle problems, after I give birth to my fourt Child for some quite times.It was very bad and It wasn't good for the whole family members. So, My wonder full husband ( my always helper) searched through google a personal trainer and ended up with karen. I am glad he found her. Karen is very professional, understanding, and easy to work with. I work with her for three months, three days a week. And it was very help full. I got better from my pain and also, lost some weight too. I defiantly recommend her to any one who would like to get a better result in their physical appearance and health it would be your best choice and decision to work with karen.

I found Karen through a simple google search looking for local personal trainers. Her website is minimalist and isn’t over-saturated with flash and ego, promising you the moon. I had no idea what to expect but I found not only exactly what I wanted but more than I could’ve dreamt of. There is so much more that Karen offers than just working you out and giving you information about eating to compliment your weight loss goals. Karen is committed to getting to the core of your movement abilities and inabilities, understanding why YOU are limited physically and customizing your workouts to not only better your success but to fit within your life and a changing lifestyle. Karen is overflowing with knowledge in a way that ignites interest in yourself and how we live our lives as people in society today. You will never think about your body in the same way and thank goodness for that because we need to learn how to move more but enjoy doing it also. Do yourself a favour and care about yourself enough to feel better, sleep better, eat better, do things day to day that don’t require workout gear or hours of extra time that no one has. Her workouts make you stronger they don’t tear you down. You want to come to exercise because it’s attainable not intimidating and she is a real person not someone you can’t relate to. I’ve never met someone more interested in bettering other people. Thanks Karen :)
