Today was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from every employee at the store! Everyone was so professional, kind, and helpful. The girl at the checkout and the manager were dealing with a very difficult customer ahead of me and I was impressed by how they both stayed calm and professional! Great job team!!!

Short, male employee with arm tattoos was incredibly unfriendly & passive-aggressive rude. Questioning the legitimacy/eligibility of my participation in a discount program (which was so graciously set up by another employee at another store) when all I wanted was to do an exchange. Asking me what the discount was for, what I do for work - also seemed like he wanted to charge me the difference of the discount when he couldn’t find my status/account; like the measly $6 I saved comes out of his pocket. Great customer service from that one. Dude should find another job.

I always enjoy shopping and going to Lululemon, however this store has poor customer service, especially the employee who helped ring my clothes up at the cashier. She didn't ask for my customer phone number to look up my profile account, and she just threw my clothes and receipt in the bag like a ball. I had to take the clothes out and refold them myself. Smaller selection of clothes and they don't have a lot of sizes available.

I was helped by a girl named Simrin (or Simran please correct me on spelling) she was a short cute girl. I had never been into lululemon and she came across as genuine and really sweet. She helped me with my legging sizing and laughed at all my jokes which was great. Honestly my friend and I loved her and I am looking forward to coming back to the store again. Hope this gets into the right hands #givethisgirlaraise

The staff here are incredibly rude. I went in and bought a pair of aligns. They needed to be hemmed since they didn't have the correct length in store. I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me and the pants would be mailed and at my door within 5 days. I never received my receipt so I called them first thing the next morning and also asked that the pants be picked up rather than mailed. I was also told that the hemming should be done in 5 days, not delivered. So whoever told me the delivery date, was wrong. Its now been a week and pants got mailed out... I don't have a receipt. I also haven't received a single email update regarding shipment. When I went into the store to inquire, I was treated horribly. I've never had such awful service. I'm going to stick to Aerie from now on. At least they're friendly.

Just stopped by the shop looking for something and I was pleasantly surprised how nice and helpful the staff was in the store. The store is nicely organized and clean.
