She engages those in her care to learn so much. She gives them a solid footing to start school. The children perform so many different activities, from learning how to make natural bird feeders, finding and counting the first spring flowers, celebrating different cultures, simple science projects with lettuce and food colouring, and for the younger children, practicing their motor skills; all the while, having so much fun! I can honestly say that we have been very lucky to find Auntie Masu.From day one I have felt at ease dropping off my child into her care. I know my kiddo has a wonderful time every day because he always runs in as soon as I drop him off, has learned lots of great skills and manners, and is fulfilled and tuckered out by the end of the day.You can trust that Masu leads with love and respect which you can see in how the children interact with her.We genuinely love her and feel that our child could not be in better hands.

To put it simply, Aunty Masu is the absolute BEST!You can rest easy knowing that your child is taken care of like a family member. I knew my 3 year old son was well taken care of which made the transition back to work so much smoother and less stressful for me. Aunty Masu treated him like her own; he got lots of hugs, kisses, cuddles and giggles (not to mention funny nicknames that still stick years later!) which he needed to thrive.She makes it her mission to work with parents, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met whether it's medical needs, feeding needs or just little quirks! You can expect open, honest communication and take comfort knowing that all of your questions will be answered in the same way.Aunty Masu's program is well balanced. She teaches school readiness skills, including Math and Literacy, as well as kindness, mutual respect, sharing and other important values. She establishes clear boundaries and expectations with love and care. By implementing pre-writing strategies and techniques used by occupational therapists, she makes certain that her children experience confidence and success in their first years of school which has a lasting impact on their learning journey.I cannot recommend Hop, Skip & Learn enough! It was 13 years ago this week that I made the best decision of my daughters life. My daughter started daycare with Hop, Skip & Learn Home Childcare. Masooma provided my daughter with a loving and educational environment that my daughter blossomed in. Watching my daughter come home everyday excited to show me what she learned and did that day made me feel excited as well. Masooma treated my daughter like one of her own and truly cares for all the children she is in-trusted with. We have stayed in touch over the years and my daughter is still excited to share all her accomplishments with her. We are so grateful to have found her and couldn’t imagine anyone better to share the responsibility of those precious early years.

Auntie Masu has been amazing to our children! She has cared for them from age 1 until now, when they are heading to kindergarten. She takes pride in her care and spends equal amounts of time teaching academics (like writing) as well as life skills (like independence in dressing/eating, coorperation, etc.) What sets her apart is how much she cares. She has been a part of and contributed to so many milestones that our children have attained. We are so grateful to have her in our lives!

My husband and I were looking for a daycare which would provide structure and an educational environment, but also be nurturing. Auntie Masu surpassed any expectations we could have had! Once we had met her, we knew immediately, that her home was the right place for my daughter, which also made me feel more comfortable about going back to work.Masooma takes pride in making sure all the children in her care are doing well. She provides nutritious meals and enforces good eating habits. She also has a great environment where the children are encouraged to play and be active throughout the day. Auntie Masu has been a blessing to our family. She has cared for my 3.5 year old since he was 18 months old and also cared for my 6 year old. She provides a home care of love, structure, play and education. My toddler will be starting JK with a great start due to the work she has put in academically. My children have loved being in her care and we would highly recommend trusting Auntie Masu with your child.

My oldest daughter was with Masu from 2-3.5 yrs until she started kindergarten. We had the best experience there. Masu was like a second mother to my child and my daughter still talks about her and she’s 10! She also worked with her on learning to write her name and kindergarten prep which I loved. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Masu and her care.

We can't say enough good things about Hop, Skip and Learn Home Childcare. Our son has been going to Auntie Masu since he turned one and she treats him like one of her own. Auntie Masu provides healthy meals and snacks, teaches them the skills they need for kindergarden and provides a fun/safe environment. She will go above and beyond for any of the kiddies that attend her daycare!We completely trust Masooma with our son and would highly recommend her childcare services.

My son was in Masooma's care full-time when he turned 1 years old and I have continued with her for before and after school care.Masooma is not just your ordinary daycare provider as she always goes above and beyond for all her kids. Her everyday morals and values are extended to the children and has structured an environment based on kindness, respect, love and of course educational.The children are always greeted at Auntie Masu's with love, affection and lots of hugs. There is a balance of playtime, outdoor play, and educational time (depending on your child’s age) throughout the day. Masooma has always worked with me to ensure my son's needs were met whether it was a nap time schedule, potty training strategies, introducing new foods or having side bar chats with my son (as her word is GOLD in my home).The sky is the limit with Masooma as she ensures the burden is offloaded from the parents.I know I have made the right decision with sending my son to Masooma. This is evident when I drop him off at the door and he just walks right into her home and he always tells me how much he loves his Auntie Masu till today and he is now 7 years old!My praise for her is endless where I could write pages on the things she has done for our family and we love her for everything she has done and continues to do.
