Worst customer service I have experienced through an Airbnb. Very poor standards of housekeeping. Unit not as advertised. Agreed upon a rebate for a night we did not stay, however was charged the full amount. When we tried to contact Pacific Wild Shores to confirm the refund, was GHOSTED. Still haven't heard back, 2 weeks later..

I am so excited to learn about Pacific Wild Shores. I am planning in having a short term rental this summer but I dont want the hassle of managing it. I am def calling the Pacific Wild Shores team to manage it for me!
