Shoppers Drug Mart

This is convenient location for a shoppers, but I don't know why one opened up near Nofrills.

The service is very good however there are many women like me who prefer not to be addressed in sentimental terms such as honey, dear, sweetie, etc. It makes us feel very uncomfortable and one lady at the post office has a habit of addressing in these demeaning terms. Please ask all service ladies to stop this. Thank you.

The girl at the cosmetic counter at about 12:45 on may 29th. I didnt get her name. She was a life saver!!!! Amazing costumer service. Thank-you so much.

Meriam absolutely made my night tonight! We had a great conversation and she was super helpful. This was the most positive experience I've had at a Shoppers.. ever! What a gem of a human being. I hope she's working the next time I come by!

The pharmacy here is wonderful! BUT. Everything else is a thumbs down. Four days after I made a $360.00 purchase, SDM offered $60 in bonus points after spending $200. I asked if I could return my items then immediately repurchase them to claim points. Makes sense right? Nope. Management refused. Camrose SDM gladly sent me on my way with my 60,000 points, AND a mitt FULL of samples. Kudos to Camrose! Tisk tisk to Wetaskiwin. Both Shoppers are great stores, the staff are friendly and helpful, I usually only go to this one when killing time though but used to get munchies here before work. I did find double sided scotch tape here last visit lol.

There always busy but you dont wait to long for a response from the workers to be called up.

Gone are the days of customer service. Plastic bags are gone but if I'm willing to pay for one, guess I'm still expected to juggle. Might as well go self serve.

Always prompt and knowledgeable. Safeway was constantly a disaster and couldn't seem to get my prescriptions straight. Switched to Shoppers and it has been easy ever since.

They made me feel great. Good quality drugs LOL...
