Britt. The Stylist.

I have been seeing Britt for over 2 years after she first helped me with a colour correction from another stylist. She is kind and funny and always in a great mood. Love her new set up with plenty of space in a quiet atmosphere. She recently has done two fun colours for my daughter and taught her what products to use to easily maintain it. Great prices too!

Britt has been my go-to for trims and fades for over a year now. I always feel relaxed in the chair knowing that her skill and attention to detail result in a product that has me leaving the salon feeling fresh and confident. The conversation is easy, and she has great product recommendations suited to my hair type. Highly recommend a visit to Britt The Stylist!

Brit the Stylist burnt me repeatedly with scalding hot water while rinsing my hair. I let her know the first time she did it and she said it was due to her having gloves on and was unable to gauge the temperature of the water. I understood that part but what I don’t understand is why she continues to do it two more times afterwards. My scalp now feels burned, it is sensitive to the touch and it’s been hours since my hair appointment. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a stylist. She also brushed out my hair in a hurry because she had another client coming scraped my face with the metal bristles of the round brush. Then when blow drying held the dryer too closely to my scalp which was already burned by the hot water she used during the rinse so it added to the pain. And when putting product in my hair scratched my neck with her nail hard. Very rough. And when informed each time of these painful occurrences she commented “What’s going on? Seems like I keep burning you today.” Will not return. Felt like I was getting tortured at the end there. To be fair she was very pleasant in the beginning with conversations and what not though other clients were offered coffee from their stylist and I wasn’t. But that’s okay, I asked for one later and she was nice enough to make one for me. Things didn’t get painful until the end when I think she realized she ran out of time and had to hurry? Terrible feeling afterwards, painful scalp and scratch on neck. Also she charged me $300 which was for full highlights but underneath it is all still dark.. Will not be going back.

This was my first cut and colour with Britt and it was a great experience. She really took the time to talk with me about choosing the colours and type of highlights and how I wanted the cut to look. She is knowledgeable and professional. The salon is bright and spacious. I was very happy with the results and I will definitely be back to visit Britt for my next hair appointment!

Brit nails the doo, every time.She also almost always takes me in with generally less then half hour notice and sends me out looking fresh just as fast.

Britt is a fantastic hairstylist and colorist! She's my go-to girl for brightening up/refreshing my blonde. I always know that the results will be amazing! She's also highly skilled in men's and women's cuts as well as color corrections. Whatever you're looking for, she will make your hair dreams come true!

I have followed Britt to her new salon space. The salon is gorgeous, comfortable, clean and spacious. Britt is such a lovely person who is smart and fun. But most important, Britt’s skills are expert. She is terrific with colour and cuts. I’m an older client and she always makes me look professional with a contemporary edge. I’ve seen her do beautiful, wild colours on other clients, and I’ve seen her do men’s cuts. She has great range and I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough, no matter what you’re looking for.

I went to see Brit last week, I forgot to book an appointment before I was going to Stampede and wanted “fresh hair”. She managed to get me in although she was near fully booked, did a super nice touch up without taking any length out (I’m trying to grow my hair, god help me, I have really thick hair) and less than an hour later I was done! Bonus is that I never have to go big on styling cause the cut is so good the hair just sits perfect!

I have been going to Britt for the past 5 years for all my hair styling needs and could not recommend her enough!! She is so gifted at what she does, and always provides such professional and friendly service. I have done many different colours and cuts and I have never been disappointed. I’ve gone from platinum blonde, to pink, back to natural balayage, and still have healthy hair all thanks to Britt. Britt is amazing. She is very conscious of hair health, but does everything she can to help you achieve your hair goals. Great salon, with good pricing. Would recommend her to anyone!
