I was very happy with the home inspection Joe did on a home I was buying. He was very thorough and professional. I had many questions about what he was checking for and the whole process. Joe was very patient and took the time to explain things so I could understand. The report I received after the inspection was great! It was detailed and had very clear pictures. I feel that this inspection was well worth the cost and I'm glad I had it done!

Wish JOE would've looked into more. Never turned on upstairs plumbing. Drains were clogged which was news to me. Debated on asking for my money back. Reached out and said he doesn't remember inspecting my property. What a joke.

Joe did our pre-bid inspection on a home that had been listed as a ‘true fixer upper’ ; he found issues that we didn’t know were present and also took time to explain those issues in language we could understand. Had a home inspection and radon test done prior to purchase of a home in Milton WI on Oct 1st 2020. Joe was on time, very knowledgeable, and very kind. You could tell he has been doing this for a long time and genuinely enjoys or at least cares for what he does! All around a great experience. Felt he checked high and low and didn't skip over or rush through anything. Will update if something major was missed but i doubt it. Had report immediately with great quality pictures as well. Definitely would recommend! After quite a bit of research and recommendations Joe was the most affordable in the area!
