This was by far my favorite fast food restaurant to go to until recently. Their night shift no longer seems to care about making any orders correctly anymore as every time I go my food is incorrect. The other day I only got 1/2 of my order, contacted A&W and they sent me a gift card for my full order so I decided to go back. This time I ordered the same meal, both Teen Burgers were cold, both were missing onions, and I had asked for extra seasoning, and there was none at all on the burgers. The quality has gone completely down, their night staff just don't care anymore and I assume no one actively manages this place now with the number of errors they do nowadays. McDonald's is now better than this restaurant and that's pretty bad, but at least when you go to McDonald's they give you the correct order.

The food is good and only a few staff members are nice. I went there and one of the staff members yelled at me and for sitting at a table near the restaurant. And they don’t treat their employees well, they yell at them and say mean things about them. The one in champagne place needs to be nicer to their employees.

Love the teen burger and the onion rings are delicious thickly cut onion rings nicely breaded and deep fried to perfection. The root beer is the best.

Went through the drive thru and when I got home I realized half the order was missing. I called A&W and told them, the person on the phone said there was nothing he could do and didn’t offer anything to rectify their mess up. So only half the children got to eat tonight.

I only go to A&W a few times a year but when I do, I am never disappointed. I enjoy the burgers and sometimes the chicken will tempt me. The Mozza Burger is the best.
