I was referred to CK Auto (Point of Contact - Melanie) from a dear friend of mine. Being a new car owner I was looking for someone professional that can take full responsibility and accountability for their job and I need not worry about the quality of service. My experience was 10/10 on their professionalism, assurance, and hassle-free customer service. Very helpful with pro- active and genuine suggestions.

Unscrupulous businessman, originally only needed to change the brakes, and finally got cheated and spent $1400. Copy it for reply any one?My car is an old car worth only $1900, and I came to you to change the brake pads. Your strong business ability persuaded me to change a lot of things. When I paid the bill, I found that it was close to $1400. I paid the money without complaining. Then in less than a week, when I was driving outside, the front tire was worn out and flattened. I changed my spare tire, but the other tire was also worn out before I drove home. I had to call a tow truck. Can you say that my loss has nothing to do with you? Don't you check the tire pressure after paying 1400? Don't you adjust the tires after installing the brakes? You should to know that the two tires I damaged were new tires with only 10,000 miles on them.

These guys deserve 10 stars - I could not be more satisfied with the service I got from Ck. The staff was friendly, my car looks brand-new, and the price was right.Ck showed me a 3D rendering of my car and broke down the cost for me which I really appreciated!! Some of the other auto body shops I visited did not do anything like this. They just came up with a really expensive quote and told me I would not get a better deal.

The best mechanics in the city. Super honest, reasonably priced and able to diagnose issues I've not even had dealerships assess properly. Highly recommend!

Took car in to fix one issue and car was perfect on other issues. Then they break my car on another issue Had to take my car to another auto mechanic repair shop to fix and costed me $350 out of my pocket. I will not trust Ck to fix ny car anymore. They have good customer service at front desk . But is a car auto repair shop we are looking for good repair work not for a good reception at the front desk.

Great Services, the front desk rep. was friendly and answered my concerns, helped me to solve my car issues. Highly recommend to book your appointment in advance.

The finishing result has been flawless, literally looked like the day I picked it up at the dealership.
