I have been using Harrison Property Management cleaning service for my Air BnB and Ben is always able to adapt to my schedule and ensure a cleaning is complete when requested. Claire does an amazing job cleaning our unit and setting it up for our next guest. I would recommend others looking for a cleaning service to use Harrison Property Management.

I dealt with Benjamin from Harrison Property Management because my friends and I booked an house in Ottawa on Airbnb in order to visit museums for a team project. Unfortunately, truckers protests became worse and worse and even if Airbnb conditions did not provide these protests as an exhausting circumstance for a total refund, Benjamin, the co-host, showed us to be highly professional as he completely understood the situation and gave its permission for a total refund. I think that being professional and human in these circumstances really makes the difference.

I had the pleasure of moving out for the first time in 2022 and Ben was my first ever landlord. He was very attentive and responded very quickly to and questions or concerns we would have. He was extremely understandable of the reason why we had to move out and gave us no extra trouble. I would recommend leasing from Harrison Property Management to anyone looking to move out!! :)

I've been dealing with Harrison Property Management over a year now. We have worked closely together and I really feel for the first time in years I don't have to worry so much about my property. The company has been able to respond in a timely manner to all tenant needs most of the time on the same day. Rents have been collected on time and a thorough tenant screening is made. They are always available when you need them and are very honest whenever they are giving recommendations or if you have some ideas on the upkeep of the property. General maintenance are taken care of quite well with quality work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company as they really take care of the tenant and the landlord needs.Super Job!!!
