During my time with AWA, I learned a lot as an athlete about staying healthy outside of my sport such as recovery, injury prevention, nutrition and sleep. It was really fun and educational experiences!!!

I had the privilege of working with them this summer during a volleyball program. They are incredibly knowledgeable about both the physical and mental side of sports, and in just a few months I felt stronger and had direction on what to do next. Staff is super helpful and answers all your questions.

Very well structured to benefit the athletes involved

I can't say enough good things about AWA. I've worked with Nick for the last three months and have made huge gains in my mobility. Most importantly, my chronic back and hip pain has disappeared.I think the magic comes from Nick's ability to look at movement holistically, and then build programs that target the root cause of limitations. Nick always creates programs that are super challenging and fun. Having a daily plan built out in their app makes it easy to stay accountable.On top of that, Nick and the rest of the team are great people, always taking the time to check in and provide support. If you're on the fence at all about working with AWA, do it!

super lovely staff, professional but they keep it very fun and engaging. I took in a lot of valuable information about how to properly take care of my body and mindset! So glad i had the opportunity to take part of their program this year during the online team BC red and blue program!!

The team at AWA have done an exceptional job delivering quality information and simplifying a lot of concepts in athletic and human performance. Would recommend these programs to any athletes, coaches, and therapists to take their skillsets to the next level.
