Nice place to eat for a burrito. Price is a bit steep but the ingredients were fresh and tasty and I saw them preparing it in-house in the back so it's understandable. Everything tasted really good.

Just bought a burrito there and it was horrible, I just to love this place but it seems they are going backwards on the taste. I can honestly say the pulled pork was bad, when I say bad I mean the meat had gone bad and they shouldn’t sell it. That there is a big health issue, I know when meat has gone bad and that pork has been bad for days but I’m sure they keep it to not lose money, but what they might get because of that is the health department.

Many different base options for the burritos. Lots of choices for toppings. I didn't like that you get tortilla chips with a combo but have to pay a dollar for salsa. Makes no sense at all given the price for the combo. Friendly staff.

I had quite a few meals here while I was visiting. But they overheated the food. I would have preferred the meat, beans and wrap warm/hot but then the cold ingrediants added and not heated.

The food here was very tasty. The portion sizes are good. I got a burrito bowl meal. I gave my son the corn chips and guacamole and we were both very full by the end.Pricing is good for what you get. It was very fresh and with a good selection.Someone pointed out the hot sauce isn't hot..Its just not salty. If you look at the nutritional info you can see its about half the amount of salt as franks red hot.. Which means more flavour and the spice is actually from the ingredients as opposed to salt like 99% of hot sauce on the shelves.Which in itself is a good thing as i and try to manage my salt intake.

Burrito jack has some nice, big burritos for a reasonable price. The building itself isn't much to look at. Kind of a cafeteria feel to the eating area. Nice for a fast food joint but mostly I'd consider taking my food out. Also they didn't have any napkins out for the public. Burritos get messy...

Delicious food. Woman taking orders at front counter was unfriendly. Maybe just having an off day. If it wersn't for the good tasting mexican food I wouldn't go back. You get one chance at a first impression

Quality burritos with great toppings. My favourite cheap eat. Bit of a wait time and fountain drinks are tiny, still worth it in the end. I always thoroughly enjoy my meal and it is filling.

I use to love Burrito Jax but I feel that the quality and quantity has gone down hill. Yesterday I ordered and paid for a 'large' burrito bowl but received a small one in a large bowl. If this is an effort to save money it's not a very effective one since it results in list customers.
