He was honest about not being able to fix my particular issue. He promptly recommended another place and was curteous all through this online exchange. And this was at 8:30pm! This is exactly the business ethic we need - thanks again!

I was here today to get the straps of my leg brace repaired. It was just barely hanging on and it was difficult to get an appointment with Ottawa Rehab Centre (was told to wait a month) . I was pretty impressed by the quality of work and he took some time to find proper buckles for the strap which is not commonly used. It felt like all new after he fixed it and I didn't have to wait long. He probably doesn't fix straps like this one often but he did a tremendous job. I don't have to worry about it snapping off while I am out and about. Made a huge difference. So five stars :)

Had a tall boot zipper emergency while working out of Ottawa and this little gem saved the day. Friendly, helpful service, and especially accommodating as I was at a nearby hotel. Wonderful quality and good value as I had a 2nd short pair re -heeled as well. Highly recommend !

The sole of my shoe started coming off mid-day and I needed it repaired fast. Walked up and I was served immediately. Shoes were ready in 20 minutes or so. Price was $25 which I think is extremely reasonable.

A hidden gem in ottawa. I was referred to this place by NORSTROM. Being their official shoe repair. They did a wonderful job on my Jimmy Choo shoes. They were very experienced in high end shoes shoe and they very knowledgable in brand name shoes. I was glad that finally found someone with their experience. I will definitely be back to see them. Though I cannot speak to their shoe repair, I brought a watch by to get the battery changed. The owner had some trouble removing it and accidentally scratched the back of my watch with his tool. It is understood that this was accidental, but when I showed him the damage, he flat out denied it. Even though I witnessed the moment it happened. Denied it! Never in my life have I been flat out lied to by a business owner. Not only did he take zero responsibility for his actions but he pretended it was not him and said, and I quote: “what are you going to do about it”? Well for one thing, never take me or my family and friends business there again. Buyer beware.
